1. Service description

Nudam is a browser extension and web service that analyzes website privacy policies using AI. It provides a privacy score (0–10), a letter grade (A–F), and detailed findings to help users understand how their data is handled.

2. Free tier

• Up to 5 findings per analysis.
• Privacy score and grade included.
• No account required.
• No SLA — the service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee.
• Rate limited to 10 analyses per hour.

3. Pro tier

• $2.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Up to 20+ findings per analysis with GDPR/CCPA/LGPD compliance reports.
• Policy change alerts and data broker risk assessment.
• Cancel anytime — no long-term commitment.
• Refund policy: no refunds are issued after an analysis has been performed in the current billing period. You may cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-analyze policies beyond normal usage patterns.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Nudam scores or findings without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm or AI prompts.
• Submit content that is not a privacy policy (e.g., malicious payloads, spam).

5. Disclaimer

Nudam provides informational analysis only, not legal advice. Scores and findings are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. You should not rely solely on Nudam scores to make legal, compliance, or business decisions. Always consult a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your situation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nudam and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
