Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

  • Email address — only if you sign up for Nudam Pro. Used solely for account management and billing notifications.
  • Anonymous install ID — a UUID generated locally on your device when you install the extension. Never linked to your identity.
  • Privacy policy text — the text of the privacy policy you choose to analyze is sent to our server for processing by Claude AI. It is never stored permanently; see Data Retention below.
  • Aggregate usage analytics — opt-in only. We collect anonymous event counts (e.g., "analysis started"). No URLs, no page content, no browsing data.

2. What we do NOT collect

  • Your browsing history
  • The websites you visit
  • Any personal data from the pages you browse
  • Payment card data — handled entirely by Stripe

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the privacy policy analysis service.
  • To manage your Pro subscription via Stripe.
  • To improve our AI analysis prompts using aggregated, anonymized data. Individual policy texts are never used for model training.

4. Data retention

  • Analysis results — cached for 30 days in Redis, then deleted automatically.
  • Account data — kept until you delete your account.
  • Delete your account — email hello@nudam.app and we will erase all your data within 30 days.

5. Third parties

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — policy text is sent for analysis. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
  • Stripe — payment processing only. We never see or store your card number.
  • Supabase — database hosting on EU servers.
  • Upstash — Redis cache on EU servers.
  • Railway — backend hosting.
  • Sentry — error monitoring. No PII is sent to Sentry.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Object to processing.

7. Cookies

  • No tracking cookies.
  • No advertising cookies.
  • One session cookie for authentication (Pro users only). Strictly necessary, no consent required.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify Pro users by email. The updated effective date is always shown at the top of this page.
